The ground floor centres around the large open-plan kitchen diner, a bright, social space flooded with natural light. Whether you are preparing a home-cooked meal or simply ordering in after a day by the sea, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and kettle.



A small welcome pack is provided with essentials to start your stay. From here, French doors open onto a private courtyard with seating perfect for a quiet coffee or evening drink. A convenient downstairs WC is also located on this level.



The living room is spacious and thoughtfully styled, with comfortable sofas and armchairs for up to eight guests. The vintage fireplace adds charm and character, making this an inviting place to gather after
