Pleasantly suprised on how nice the hotel was - no problems at all, fridge and microwave, coffee maker in room. Everything seemed new and will decorated and spacious including the bathroom. The staff is commendable, easy check in and accommodating. - they went out of there way to insure an excellent experience. The staff even allowed us to stay in there reserved parking in the back closer to our rooms. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here whenever visiting our friends in san diego - lots of things to do between san diego and julian.

Okay. We left a night early. It said free breakfast. None. The microwave had so much metal on it, we didn’t feel safe using it for our stay. And it’s so loud, we have an infant. It was pretty much impossible to put him to bed. He just kept waking up. So we left. And only stayed one night and paid for both. The hotel was pretty clean. The staff 20/10 was amazing

The location was awesome, room was clean and modern. Remote to tv didn’t work. Stuck on the same channel. But that wasn’t a deal breaker. The one thing we hated, however, and almost made us want to leave, was that there was a large group who took over that entire side of the motel and they had about 10 kids running around (in and out of their rooms) and being loud until about 10pm. I actually called their front office and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to go outside myself to tell them to keep it down, but it continued til 10pm. I would stay there again, but they need to do a better job at making sure their guests can have peace and quiet.

Property was generally quite dirty. accessory pillows were filthy and stained. Window ledge in bathroom (easily cleaned and front and centre) was filthy. shower floor was filthy as well. Staff seemed to be bothered that we showed up, not friendly at all.
