This is a great new hotel in the Ramallah area. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable. In addition, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, all of which had great service and food.

The minute you walk in the door we felt like it was a wonderful place. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and modern. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast area with a beautiful view. If you enjoy the gym, it’s a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Good hotel, great location, the windows of the rooms are very dirty from outside in a way that you can not see any view of the city. And the windows in the regular rooms are small and and very high so that you need to stand exactly by the window to see through it. All in all good.
