Nice hotel, good room and great surroundings. The fact that there is no restaurant or bar the day of my arrival came as a message after I booked (in addition there was just a smal food shack open in the adjacent village).

This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good.

Alla dagar var vi tvungna att åka iväg för att äta, eftersom hotellets restaurang var fullbokad samtliga dagar. Frukosten var som på de flesta tyska hotell, men utrymmet var mycket begränsat, vilket gjorde att man ibland fick stå i kö. Spaavdelningen var liten, med plats för cirka 8 personer totalt. Det var tur om man fick plats i bastun. Spaet är i behov av renovering. Det finns ingen lobby eller bar där man kan ta en kvällsdrink. Antingen sitter man på rummet eller åker iväg, eftersom det inte finns något annat att göra på hotellet. I närheten finns inga andra restauranger eller aktiviteter, så man måste ta bilen för alla möjligheter.

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals,alle sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Was ungewöhnlich war, dass nur jeden zweiten Tag die Zimmer gesäubert werden und dann werden in Bad nicht alle Sanitärelemente gründlich gesäubert.

Rügenurlaub mit Störtebekerfestspielen

Wir waren wieder einmal sehr angetan vom Schlosshotel Ralswiek. Die Lage in der Nähe der Störtebekerfestpiele ist nicht zu toppen. Fußläufig kann man das Theater in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gastronomie ist auf einem hohen Standard. Die Zimmerreinigung findet alle 2 Tage statt.

Preis Leistung passen nicht leider , ein Zimmer unten am Parkplatz wo die Autos 10 m vom Fenster geparkt werden und es Dunkel ist für 160 Euro die Nacht echt zu teuer . Frühstück war sehr gut und dort auch die Mitarbeiter waren nett . Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig . Sowie auch Infos vom Hotel Gutscheine wollten nicht anerkannt werden , weil die nicht ausgedruckt waren ( haben die dann vor Ort ausgedruckt ) Wir haben es uns irgendwie trotzdem schön gemacht .. War ja ein Geschenk zum runden.

Leider schlägt auch hier der Personalmangel zu, so daß das vorhandene Personal entsprechend Mehrarbeit leisten muß. Immer bemüht, die gaste nichts davon spüren zu lassen, ein großes Dankeschön dafür. Der Service ist immer noch sehr gut, die Gegend sowieso und wir kommen auch gerne wieder.

Es war ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende. Das Hotel ist schön ruhig im Wald gelegen, sehr freundliches aud aufmerksames Personal. Schöne Zimmer, für uns bequeme Betten. Frühstücksbufett war auch sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker, Schöner Pool, tagsüber nutzbar. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, die man gerne weiterempfehlen kann.
