Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here to be close to Duke University while a family member was having surgery. The home is beautifully updated with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The beds are super comfortable and the home is conveniently located close to Duke and many stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and clean house

We stayed for five nights and everything was accurate as described. Very close to downtown Durham and Duke, within a mile of a couple grocery stores and places to eat. Quiet street and easy checkin upon arrival. Beds are comfortable and TVs in family room and master a large and new. Very clean house and mostly everything is new. Would stay again

The house was very clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. This made a great base for activities we had in the area and is close to shops and major roads. The only issue was actually getting inside the property. The lockbox wasn't functioning, so we couldn't get in. We contacting the owner a few times and got voicemail. We were on our way to alternative lodgings when the owner called and got things straightened out with a different method of entry. The lockbox continued to malfunction the entirety of the stay. Things happen and technology likes to give surprises, so I don't hold it against the owner, but it was an inconvenience after a long day's drive.

Great place to stay in Durham!

The property was in a nice, quiet location in close proximity to the highway. The house itself was immaculate, everything was new and clean and it was very comfortable for us to stay there. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating when I realized I had left a personal item there after checking out. 10/10 would recommend

Great rental!

My husband, son, and his wife were in town for a family wedding being held in Hillsborough. The location was perfect- not far from where family’s hotel was (5 min), and close to the venue. The house was CLEAN, well appointed- the listing perfectly described the property, Beds were comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. Every store you would need is close. I highly recommend this rental.
