OKAY, So the staff was absolutely incredible. His name was Kevin and he was the sweetest. However, the whole lobby was under construction..understandable. But the worst part was...this was the SKETCHIEST neighborhood. I stayed ONE night and saw FOUR drug deals. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I was pretty sure I was gonna die.
Room was clean and great water pressure for my shower
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. When we arrived there were police cars, loud music blaring and people in the parking lot drinking. Upon entering the hotel lobby groups of people were gathered around in groups. Once inside the lobby the whole lobby had supplies stacked up to the ceiling, the first floor of the hallway where rooms were located had Sheetrock or supplies in it. Possible illegal behavior on several counts outside. We did not stay and did not request a refund, because of the no refund clause. I am out 65.00 but highly disappointed that Expedia would be associated with a property such as this. I am 57 years old and am accustomed to traveling through the years. Absolutely worse experience... wish Expedia would give me my money back.
Not a safe place !! Lobby smelled the doors where locked lots of construction equipment in the lobby the attendant was rude
