Detailed check-in instructions will be provided ahead of your stay to ensure a smooth arrival process. Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your accommodations. When it's time to depart, check-out is at 11:00 am, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests.



There are 4 parking spots total on the premises.

Each guest must grab a parking slip from their room and place it on the vehicle’s front dashboard to avoid towing.

Please note: This co-living unit offers a private bedroom with excellent amenities. You'll share common living spaces, including the living room and kitchen. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We do not allow smoking or pets. There is a doorbell camera that records when triggered by motion.



Coolbnbs, the property owner, and approved contractors or service providers may access the property during a guest stay when needed for maintenance, repairs, inspections, appraisals, pest treatments, pool or hot tub service, lawn care, or other standard professional appointments related to the care, safety, or operation of the property.

Guests will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible, except in the case of an emergency or urgent property-related matter. Guest approval is not required for necessary property access, and no refund, credit, discount, or other compensation will be provided due to Coolbnbs, the owner, or approved service providers entering the property during a stay.
