Never informed us that we needed to request housekeeping. When we did, we were told that housekeeping has been let off for Thanksgiving. I was there 3 days and 2 nights with no cleanup. The paint was peeing off the floors. The bathroom floor looked filthy. And the sheets were too small for beds. The place is shabby and service poor!

The hotel was pretty comfortable and cozy. The hotel was close to a highway exit so there was a fair amount of traffic. However, the hotel comfortable, clean, and a good place to stay. I would stay there again if I was in Raliegh

Quick stop for one night (9pm to 8am). Very nice check-in experience. Stopped by the bar for a drink before bed...super nice/skilled bartender (note, charged $4 for the bar mix). Very cool older/modernized hotel.
