Private Villa has recently been refreshed for a more comfortable, welcoming stay. The kitchen has been restocked with cookware and cooking utensils, and we provide plenty of towels and washcloths. Enjoy a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near Downtown Raleigh, Garner, and Coastal Credit Union Music Park. Skinner sleeps up to 7 and includes a private living room, dining area, kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and on-site parking. Downtown is about a 7-10 minute drive, depending on traffic. Children and pets are welcome; pet fees apply. No smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Check-in after 4 PM; checkout before 11 AM.



Sleeping arrangements: Each of the three private bedrooms has one queen bed, accommodating six guests in beds. A seventh guest may sleep on the regular living-room couch.

Raleigh Stay Not so Good Vibes

The place could have been good, but they did not provide supplies to cook with or enough towels. They took forever to reply with just the basics.

Adequate

My husband, adult son, and I stayed there for three nights over Christmas. We chose the home because it was close to other family living in the area. Up to two pets were allowed, which was a plus. The location was convenient to Garner and the Raleigh area.The beds were comfortable, and the two full baths were clean and provided the necessities. Although, I would have appreciated more than one facecloth. There are no lamps on the nightstands, but there are some ambient lighting features and overhead lighting.The living room and dining room furniture was sub-par. The only seating in the living room was one loveseat (only two people could sit comfortably). There were no end tables or lamps, overhead lighting only.The dining room chairs were unstable, and the table was not in the best condition. The kitchen was lacking in some of the basics. More cooking utensils, such as a spatula, would have been nice. There was only one frying pan and no baking pans for oven use. Dishes, coffee cups, and drinking glasses were provided. I did have to inquire about a coffee pot. It would be helpful to have the kitchen amenities listed in the description. There was one used, dirty dishtowel in one of the kitchen drawers.It was adequate for our needs, but perhaps not for an extended stay.
