The room was clean but that was the only thing positive about this hotel. The staff was unhelpful, in part due to language barriers. The breakfast was cold. The elevator was broken and the staff offered no assistance. This was particularly aggravating because my wife recently had knee replacement surgery and the stairs were very difficult for her. The front desk staff did not know how to print an invoice. I do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again!!

I stayed here for one night in a 1 bedroom suit, and they made the room look bigger then expected. They .5 all of there pictures. Theres only 1 elevator that takes 15 mins just to reach a floor. Our fridge didnt close all the way, it looks like old dirty wood all around it. The shower was really rusty. The women at the front desk didnt oay attention to ANYTHING was on her phone the WHOLE time, the $25 service fee that you pay didnt enter my back account. I asked once about it to the lady at the front desk she said she didnt know, and pretended to press buttons and look on her computer like she knew what she was doing. I asked a second time to speak to a manager and she said there was not one in today, and i can come the next day when my check out was that same day. I told her i dont stay here and she said i can call the next day. My check out was also at 12 and house-keeping came an hour early. This was definitely the worst holiday inn i have ever stayed it. Its also 100 degress in the hallways.
