Tastefully decorated and clean. Windows are too thin, avoid odd numbered rooms facing highway unless that does not bother you. Remote check in only policy should be a clear banner before venue allows booking as it requires uploading a driver’s license photo to their system. Not everyone is comfortable uploading a copy of a government ID to a system in which guest has no info about PII safeguards on that system. Venue should allow in person check in at Springfield

Room was clean, staff was polite, parking was ok but hot water wasn’t working upon arrival had to take a cold shower. The stove top wasn’t working and kitchen sink was stopped up
