Other Things to Note:
This listing is the private downstairs suite of a larger home. The upstairs may be occupied or rented separately during your stay.
There are no shared interior spaces between the two units. The backyard, outdoor seating and fire pit are shared between guests of both units.
Because this is a lower-level suite in a shared building, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from the upstairs unit.
