The staff was not friendly at all! They seem to be indifferent. They seemed to be doing their job and had no need to interact with their customers. Disappointing. The hotel however was. great.

The pool looked inviting but was extremely cold, explaining why we never saw one person in it over 3 days. The TV remote was difficult to use. The shower would not turn off but after reporting to the front desk they quickly fixed it. Everything else was fine. Pool situation disappointing.
