Non-smoking?? Corridor and room smelled like cigarettes and vapes. Only sheets on beds; no blankets. Asked for blankets and had to beg for them. Btw, temp outside was 15-degrees. No microwave. Lighting very very dim. Needed to use the sofa hide-a-bed. It was filthy. Where do I stop? At least it was a place where we could close our eyes at night between "knock-n-run" at night and police called on site. At checking and out the lady at front desk was friendly, though.

Beggers can't be choosy but coming from someone who has been in the military, this was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. Let management know about the cleanliness of the room and they seemed shock. Sent somebody to clean the bathroom and they even apologized. Provided me with some new bedding and it was even dirty. I left in the middle of the night.

Location was about the only good thing about this establishment. The worst stay ever. Everything needs updating. Even had roaches. No comforter, no spare towels or wash cloth. Bare minimum at best.

TOTAL ROACH MOTEL. DOZENS OF ROACHES RUNNING EVERYWHERE! Staff refused to move our rooms. DIRTY sheets with stains and burn marks. DIRTY tub. DIRTY carpets. NO working smoke detectors. The room smelled awful. We could not stay here and had to leave. The place should be shut down by the Health Department.

This is the most disgusting, unsafe, unclean motel I have ever stayed in. There was a roach infestation in multiple rooms. We were moved rooms, and the second room had EVEN MORE ROACHES. Dozens of roaches running around everywhere...on the beds, on the couch, on the walls, in the bathroom, in the shower. The sheets were stained, and had holes and burn marks from cigarettes. The entire room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained throughout. The bathroom linoleum was peeling up, so it was unsafe to even walk in the bathroom, and roaches would run out from under the curled flooring. The bathroom door did not even shut, nor lock, and gaped open more than an inch because someone apparently had forced it open with a crowbar (or other tool), breaking the door frame. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, so there was no smoke detector whatsoever. Multiple people appeared to be living in the motel parking lot. Both doors on the basement floor, which opened to the street-level parking lot, were permanently propped open because the locking mechanism had been ripped off the doors, which prevented them from locking or even closing. There were exposed wires, where lights had been dismantled, which could easily electrocute guests. This motel should be razed and condemned. It is an abomination.

Internet was down. Made us leave the property and het cash to pay. Gave us an already occupied room. Gave us new room with no deadbolt, cockroaches outside doors were broken and propped open for anyone to enter.

Where shall I begin? The pictures online must’ve been from years ago when it was under a different property name. When we arrived late in the evening, there was no one in the front and no way to call attention to anyone (ie, bell). When someone finally came in about 10 min later from outside she smelled like marijuana. They couldn’t find our reservation even though it was already paid in full. She tried to get a hold of upper management, but they never got back to her. She was also taking personal phone calls while trying to find a room that I already selected ahead of time and paid for. This whole check-in process took at least 40 minutes. When we got into the room, it reeked of smoke. It was definitely rundown. -Dust and grime on top of the fridge -Fridge inside wasn’t wiped down -Burn mark on the floor -Hole in the wall from where a stove once was that wasn’t covered -Carpet remnant on a wall corner was sticking out including a piece of metal that’s used to secure it -Padding cover underneath chair was coming out and just hanging out -Security latch to door was broken -Rusty shower curtain rod -Bathtub sealant was moldy -Some of the linen was stained -From the outside, overflowing trash, cigarette butts everywhere -Shrubs and landscaping not maintained I’m surprised that this is on Expedia’s list of hotel options. I should’ve really done my homework and checked the reviews. Shame on me…it won’t happen again.

This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I booked through Expedia and had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival after an 8-hour drive, the front desk informed me it was canceled—which was not true. I was then asked to pay more, only to be given a dirty room with roaches and unclean towels, later switched to another poor room. The whole process took 1.5 hours late at night, and I’m still unsure who will refund the extra amount I paid

Not what me and my wife expected!!! When we got to place they said they didn’t have keys to get to the room so someone had to walk us to our room. They barely turned on the ac when we went to the room. Room was hot bet was a twin not a queen. One towel for one family one used toilet paper and other rolls are available or there in the room. Couch and bed smelled like urine the tv only had one thing on displayed can’t use tv. Refrigerator was hot like if it wasn’t turned on for days. Front door was always locked someone had to let you in or you have to call them to let you in. I’ve been up and around Nc but this place was not for my family my wife and kids were really hot they legit had to stand in front of the ac did NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURE AT ALL needs better cleaning and ac needs to be on when you have visitors staying in

Health hazard hotel.

Mold, and filthy smell as you enter the corridor. The AC is spoofing dust and hotels.com advertised about stove, refrigerator and none existed in the room. Is not the health department review this hotel yet and I wonder why it is allowed to be open. Seriously this building is health risk. I had booked for theee nights but checked out the next day early morning but they never refunded me one full night refund despite me giving notice I had chase down the front desk staff even at 8:40am.

Terrible Facility

The property is in poor condition.The front door appears to be broken as it will not lock, causing a security concern. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was the overflowing trash can beside the front door which looked as if it had not been emptied in a few days. The front desk attendant, April, was very rude. I was told that she didn't have my reservation, yet when I looked over the top of the desk I was able to spot my name immediately. The Delux room that I had reserved and pre-paid was not available. No mention of any type of refund. I asked for 2 keys, she rudely told me she didn't have enough keys and only gave me 1. I went to the room assigned. Upon opening the door I was blasted with the smell of cat urine. I returned to the desk, April was not very helpful. Luckily a gentleman was there, apologized he found another room which he took me to see before I accepted. It smelled better although the floor was dirty as if it had not been vaccumed. When we made it back to the front desk, April was no where to be seen. She had already left. I can not recommend this location.

I’m not coming back.

Not so good. No soap, no tissues, no hand towels and no wash cloths. Toilet was loose on the floor. Bed sheets had dirty stains. Old worn sofa. Waste baskets were hidden in cabinets under counters. The air was stale inside. Pillows were flat. I’ve stayed in accommodations all over the USA and the world. This was a bare-bones room like I’ve never seen before. The lobby was small and reservations were on a handwritten sheet of paper, not on a computer. It’s 2025 for goodness sake!

This place was absolutely filthy. The property was poorly maintained. There was overflowing trash at the entrance and a roach in the bathroom; as well as gnats in the room. Just horrible.
