The staff was great, loved the convenience of the airport shuttle, but my room smelled like feet, the lampshade was practically shredded, and the curtains didn’t have any sheers so it was either blackout dark or nothing. Fortunately I was only there for one night, but the rooms clearly need some upgrades.

The room and service was excellent. The receptionists and front desk staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was as bad as the room and hotel was good. However, the servers were great. The quality of the food and the selection offered was not worth the high price.

Great customer service. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the handicapped accessible rooms are perfect for my disability. There's a nice restaurant and bar too. The hotel is also located close to all major attractions in Durham/Raleigh area and RDU Airport. This was our second stay.

The hotel is very attractive and large. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. There were snacks and drinks near the check in desk and a wonderful smelling restaurant and bar we passed on the way to the elevators (they are a little bit of a walk from the front desk, by the way). We checked in too late for dinner (for us) but hope to try the breakfast in the a.m. The staff we encountered were very nice and professional. Overall it’s been a very good experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again!
