Hotel needs to be able to add one more night much more easily. It seems like the front desk is powerless to add a night referring you to the national reservation phone, can't renew your room key cards even tho you still occupy the room. You must check in like it is an initial arrival... it's just messed up.

My room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned. I love that my name was on the television and that I could easily access my streaming platforms. I discovered that the fridge was not working properly and mentioned it to the front desk manager Adrian. He immediately offered complimentary dinner to replace the food that spoiled and a person from maintenance was in my room to address the issue within minutes. Also, Adrian remembered my name and addressed me as such each time I entered or exited the facility. It made me smile. I highly recommend and would stay here again, without hesitation. 10/10!

Walls are paper thin. Two people were LOUDLY having sex across the hall from me for hours and it sounded like it was out in the hallway. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes, and the staff are very comfortable telling you how expensive and bad the hotel is. Will not be staying here again.
