The house is located in a nice neighborhood and was very nicely decorated and has a great layout. We enjoyed 3 nights there while visiting our daughter who lives in town. The fenced yard is great if you have a four-legger with you. We would definitely stay here again. Betty our golden doodle approved the place also! We had a great experience at this property. The house was located in a great area for restaurants and shopping. It was also in a nice neighborhood that had plenty of sidewalks to walk our dogs. The house was one of the best equipped VRBO rentals we had used. It had all the amenities necessary for our week long stay as well as pet equipment for our dogs. Eric communicated with us proactively and also offered help while we were at the house. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Raleigh Durham area.

Eric''s home was unbelievably clean and had all of the comforts of home. The home itself is very roomy and bright with a nice yard space.
