Interior of the hotel was clean and the designing and set up was pleasing..The room and bathroom were spotless..I have been to several hotels and this was the very first time I seen brand new bath mats (optional for safety) I was very impressed!! Staff was amazing..The patio was amazing as well, especially the fire pit section..I will definitely book again when I plan to visit in the near future.

I booked 2 nights through Expedia on July 12- July 14. My flight was delayed, so I arrived early on Sunday, the 13th, to check in. I was told my reservation was cancelled. I requested to stay the remaining night, but was told there were no rooms, only to find out later that I was charged for the 2 days. I find this ridiculous because I had to go to another hotel to stay. This is fraudulent.

I'm probably the most picky person to ever book a hotel... I literally read every single review from multiple sites and read between the lines of the reviews... With that said, This hotel was nice. Check in was fast and easy. Front bar area and dining area looked modern and clean. Elevators ans close to entrance and move quickly to floors. The rooms are clean. They smell naturally clean, not like they are trying to mask mildew and old rot like some places. Beds were clean. I check under the beds and sheets and in the creases of the matteress. No issues. Hardwood floor is always clutch.. Beds were also comfortable and sheets and pillowcases were clean and new. Bathroom was decent. The major places were clean and prepared nice. I think every hotel should have bathrooms on a deep clean schedule rotation. To maybe touch up just normal wear and tear. Overall, I will stay here everytime I am in the area. I hope even as the hotel ages, management maintains this place and keeps the standard high. Don't allow it to get dated and dusty. Plan ahead for a refresh and it will remain the best hotel in the area.
