One of 16 unique apartments in a beautiful spot at a historic site built in 1925. Located in the lovely Trinity park neighborhood just steps away from downtown and right across from Duke University east campus, making this the perfect place for the complete Durham experience.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of the building, some noise is to be expected

Directions provided to find location during daytime hours were minimal and would have been very difficult during evening hours. The lighting in the room was poor (too dark)The TV did not work, cables were discovered disconnected, overhead lighting was so poor it was nearly impossible to locate where the cables needed to be located.Contacted the manager, he provided no resolution. Would not recommend this location

Comfortable stay in vibrant area

The stay was so nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was what was advertised. My one star off was solely due to some structural issues with the walls (but it was only cosmetic). The location is truly amazing, a short drive to many restaurants. And a diverse and lively area. The shower is pretty intense but felt good, kind of like a jacuzzi jet. With all that being said, I’d absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and convenient

This is a lovely room. 2 windows give natural light. Decor goes with the age of the building. There was some noise because students are in other parts of the building. I would stay there again.

Excellent weekend stay

We came from Ohio to visit family north of Raleigh, and wanted to stay someplace a little more interesting than a motel. This room was perfect! It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and charming. Within walking distance of downtown and other interesting areas. Check in was perfectly easy and the manager was polite and responsive. Would stay here again!
