Welcome to your private basement studio with its own entrance. This cozy retreat sits beneath the main home, offering privacy while keeping you close to downtown. Enjoy a fenced yard, pet-friendly stay, and all the essentials for a comfortable visit. Please note that the homeowners live upstairs, but your space is entirely private. Potential for noise here and there.



Basement studio within walking distance of downtown Raleigh. 1 mile away! Space has separate entrance, Wi-Fi, heated bathroom floors, kitchen supplies, and laundry appliances for both short or long stays. It is only a couple minutes from I-440 get to anywhere you need in Raleigh in 15 minutes, or stay in and and order from any of Raleigh’s fine restaurants.

Perfect spot for our quick trip to Raleigh

This was a cute little basement studio apartment really close to everything in Raleigh. We were in town for a funeral and family gathering and we also spent one night out in downtown Raleigh. Every place we went was less than a 10 minute drive from the rental. The host was responsive and helpful and we had no issues during our stay.

My husband went to check in and called me that he must have the wrong address. The porch was dirty and gross. Clothes draped over the porch railing.The yard had trash scattered all over and there was a white Jug of some kind sitting on the front steps to welcome us. Nobody should ever show up to see this disgusting mess! We were asked what was the problem with the place ? I felt like we should not have to answer that when we sent pictures that showed it all.They did not offer to help us with another booking or suggest a place for us to stay. Total disappointment!
