Tired, disappointing. Try another location

Tired and disappointing. The keypad to get in was not clearly visible but we were able to access the lock box and found the keys. Beds were rock hard, appliances have seen better days. Only enough towels for our party of 4 adults to take 1-2 showers over 6 days. Water backed up to the ankles when taking each shower (bad drain). Ran out of toilet paper and the internet went down all night on our last night. Still wasn't functional when we checked out. The headboard in one room rattled every time you turned over. Can't imagine what the adjoining apartment was thinking.Not a good sign when the cupboard doors are held shut with zip ties. Enough said. Not a very user friendly location. Recommendation - find another residence on your next trip to Carrboro.

Chapel Hill Visit

Overall, great visit. Second time in this apartment, beds have been upgraded, which was awesome, thank you! Only complaint would be that the Wi-Fi seemed weak, as streaming on the TV was constantly interrupted, sometimes unwatchable, due to buffering. Neighbors were a bit loud at times, but that's not something the owner can control. Again, had a lovely visit, and would stay here again.

Good location

Good location in the heart of Chapel Hill/Carrboro area. Getting in and out was easy. Location was as advertised and clean. Only suggestion would be to have an iron and ironing board available. Clothes get wrinkled when you travel and we had to resort to trying to steam ours in the shower.

Nice, quiet condo

Had a very nice stay here, check in was very easy, instructions received two days prior to arrival. Good directions to find it, which was nice as it was our first trip to the area, and it’s a confusing area to drive in, plus we arrived late at night. Only complaint would be the bed frame in the main bedroom, very noisy. Couldn’t turn over without making a lot of noise. Otherwise, very comfortable stay.

Worst Property Manager Ever

No information on checkin instructions until three hours after checkin time. Had to buy an alternative property to stay in. Avoid this property at all costs.
