This was our 4th or 5th stay at the house. It’s our go to whenever we come down to see our youngest and his little family! It’s like our home away from home! This time with the big snow storm that seem to affect every state in some capacity, Kacey was kind enough to work with us on staying an extra night before traveling back home to Illinois. Unless we need to be down for a specific date, I always plan our trips on the availability of this house! It’s a great neighborhood, she keeps the house in immaculate condition, and is always willing to help out if you need anything.

Beautiful Spotless Home

This home was meticulously clean! The beds were comfortable. The home had everything we needed, except soap in the showers. (didn't impact our enjoyment!) The screened in patio was wonderful! We drank our coffee there in the morning and it was so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house was located on a dead end street and was very clean. It had everything we needed. They are building more houses in the area which made it a little noisy, but wasn't a problem for us since we left early. Very nice!

Race Weekend

Great location. The home is new and is in great condition except that the master bath had little to no hot water. We reported it to the owner. The unit was advertised with a double futon. It was apparently out of service and replaced with an air mattress.

Everything was great. Comfy and clean. We’ve stayed here quite a few times. Only suggestion is the plug-ins are a little strong and give us a head ache but we just unplugged them and all was great!!

Great place to stay in Rainbow City

We loved our stay here. We got to visit with family and friends and still have a place to go back to at night to relax and unwind. Just a few suggestions: small soaps and laundry detergent/dryer sheets would be a great addition at this price point.

The Right Place

The Home was very clean, floor plan was perfect. The location of the house couldn't have been any better, it was near everything you needed or wanted to see or do. Very nice, friendly and safe neighborhood. I am looking forward to staying again on my next trip. Great vacation all around!!!!

We love this house and we love Kacey! We stay here every time we come to visit our son and his little family. I don’t even bother looking for any place else! Seriously, this place is awesome! In fact, we’ll be back in just a few days to spend the weekend to rest up from our family vacay in Destin!

Beautifully decorated new home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated new home. It was the perfect size for us and close to everything we needed. We met Kacey upon our arrival and she was very welcoming. The only issue we had was the construction on the street. Since this is a new neighborhood there are a lot of homes being built, but we weren’t bothered much by the activity. We would surely stay again if we returned to the area.

We traveled to Alabama to visit our son and his family who have just recently moved down from Illinois. After checking several several places available for rent, I kept coming back to this little house in Rainbow City, and I’m so glad that I went with my instincts and rented this house! It’s in a great location. It so easy to get to and from everyplace we were wanting/needing to go to in the area. Sparkling clean and the decor gave it a nice homey touch. The only downside is that it’s a new neighborhood that is still under construction, but that won’t last forever. So don’t let it deter you from renting this house! Kacey is a great host and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked another stay in October!
