I have stayed at over 75 rental properties in the past 7 years on business. This was a top 10. Clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen, ice cold AC, comfortable, good location for me, I would stay again easily!

Our stay at Peyton Place was wonderful! The checking in process was smooth, and the property was also clean, well maintained and equipped with all needed supplies. Jennifer was an exceptional host and property manager. Excellent location and beautiful views of the Northern side/Atlantic Ocean in Rainbow Bay. Definitely would stay again.
