We had a great stay at Havai'i lodge. It's a beautiful and quiet property in a cul-de-sac and the place is comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. It's shared with another room, but since we were out and about all day and only had our coffee and breakfast at the place, it wasn't a problem. We recommend having a car on Raiatea as it's much easier to get around this beautiful island. The host helped arrange a car for us, which was nice.
