The state-of-the-art swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with sun loungers and sofas, creating the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. Three reserved indoor parking spaces are available.

The interiors, recently renovated, span two levels and exude a warm and inviting atmosphere, thanks to the rustic-style furnishings featuring original pieces from late 20th-century Sicilian craftsmanship. The villa comprises five bedrooms (three double rooms, one twin, and one single), with the option to add a single bed in two of the three double rooms.
