It overlooks the central Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi in Marina di Ragusa, one of the most renowned beach resorts in southeastern Sicily, known for its summer nightlife but above all for its magnificent beaches with shallow waters and golden sand. Access is via Via Napoli, a side street off Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, and two flights of stairs lead to the entrance door of the deluxe apartment, which sleeps 4, is self-contained on the second floor, and features a private balcony with a view of the sea. The entrance opens into a spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the square and a kitchen adjoining the living room.
From the hallway, you can access the master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms, each with a single bed. The apartment features a full bathroom with a shower, air conditioning in the common areas, and all the amenities needed for a vacation in the utmost comfort.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Depending on availability, use of the terrace with a magnificent sea view may also be added for an extra fee to be agreed upon based on the length of stay. If the rental is for 5 or 6 guests, the terrace is included in the price at no additional charge.

Other things to keep in mind:
A security deposit of 150 euros is required and will be refunded at the end of your stay. Electricity consumption is included in the room rate up to 70 kWh per week; beyond that, an additional charge of €0.50 per extra kWh consumed will apply. Upon arrival, guests will pay €1 per night per adult guest, up to a maximum of 15 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age or residents of the municipality of Ragusa are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
