Thanks to its position, a spectacular view dominates the whole coast and the area remains cool even in summer. Just 5 minutes by car to reach the countless sandy beaches of the Iblea coast: from the more crowded ones overlooked by the Marina di Ragusa promenade, to the quieter and wilder ones enclosed in the Irminio Nature Reserve. The Holiday House (two-roomed flat) consists of an entrance / living room, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower box.
The property is also suitable for families with small children.
The house also has a large and private covered veranda, ideal for outdoor dining.
