Casavacanzekastalia 3 "La Blu" is a holiday home with all the amenities of a resort, located within Athena Resort on the southern coast of Ragusa. Casavacanzekastalia is equipped with every comfort and all necessary appliances for both winter and summer stays.



The home features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners with heat pump, and a washing machine are included. There are also 2 private balconies and a barbecue in a private outdoor area.



Athena Resort is set within the Pino d’Aleppo Nature Reserve, in a strategic location for easily reaching the 8 Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto UNESCO site (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, and others), and is situated between the Greek cities of Agrigento and Syracuse. The peaceful, natural surroundings are perfect for relaxing and enjoying a complete holiday.



From April to September, Athena Resort offers guests many included services: access to the Olympic-size pool with umbrella and loungers, access to the private beach with umbrella and loungers, shuttle service to the beach, daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children, a mini club with dedicated pool for children aged 3–10, and free access to the gym at the Olympic pool.
