Raglan – the closest house to both town and sea

This is the closest property to both Raglan's main street and the harbour. The basic 1960s era home overlooks the front lawn out to the views of Raglan harbour.

Only a few second's walk from the jetty and the town's central foot bridge, it's also next door to Orca Cafe and a one-minute stroll from the Raglan's main street.

The home is self contained, and attached to a separate two-storey dwelling (the owners').

The space:

We have three bedrooms: one with a double bed; one with two singles; and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bedrooms should accomodate up to six people which is our preference for this property.

We have however made a special allowance over the Easter period to allow additional people to utilise the sofa bed in the lounge – but there is an additional fee for these extra people (as we're hesitant to have so many stay at once).
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
