Der angegebene Balkon ist der Eingang über die Treppe. Der Balkon nutzlos, bei Regen oder Sonne nicht zu nutzen. Der Eingang ist nicht vollkommen überdacht. Bei Regen werden sie nass bei Sonne nicht zu ertragen weil kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden. Die Vorrichtung ja ist vorhanden aber kein Sonnenschirm. Eine Gartennutzung gab es nicht. Grillen nicht möglich. Keine Waschmaschine und sogar kein Wäschetrocknergestell vorhanden. Habe 14 Tage gebucht. Der Parkplatz sehr sehr schmal durch die Hecke immer beim Ein und Austeigen werden sie nass oder dreckig .Habe auf der Straße geparkt.
