A beautiful, modernly furnished studio apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the stunning Lake Constance.


The modernly furnished "Seemöwe" vacation apartment features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a 55" LED TV, a modern kitchen (refrigerator/freezer combo, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.), Wi-Fi, heating, washer/dryer, hair dryer, bed linens, and towels.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.

Free shared parking spaces are available in front of the property. Bicycles can be stored inside the building (in a lockable compartment).

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist sehr schön renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war spitze.

Sehr ansprechendes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und auf den Radwegen Richtung Konstanz und Stein am Rhein. Die Einrichtung der sauberen Wohnung ist neuwertig, der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war angenehm. Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes nagelneu renoviertes Appartement

Wir haben das Appartement mit 3 Erwachsenen für den Aufenthalt bei einer Hochzeit gebucht. Das Appartment ist sehr schön und alles ist negelneu. Der Check-in Prozess war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm. Wie würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)
