In the living room, comfortable seating and the large smart TV invite you to cozy movie nights. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped – with a coffee machine, kettle, oven, and dining table for enjoyable shared meals.

Four bright bedrooms with high-quality beds ensure a restful sleep.


The modernized bathroom features both a rain shower and a bathtub – complemented by a separate guest WC.

In the well-kept garden, you can relax, have breakfast, or end the evening with a glass of wine – perfect for your vacation at Lake Constance.

3. Guest Access

You have access to the entire house, including the garden, terrace, and driveway.

4. Interaction with Guests

Check-in is convenient and flexible via a key box – contactless and hassle-free. We respect your privacy and are always available if you have questions or would like local tips about Radolfzell and Lake Constance.

5. Additional Information

House Rules: No smoking, no parties, pets on request.


Location: The house is situated in a quiet residential area with ideal connections to Radolfzell, Constance, and the lakeside promenade. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and the lake.


Parking: Free parking in the driveway in front of the garage; additional public parking available on the street.


Safety: Smoke detectors, first aid kit, and stair railings and baby safety gate  provided.
