*For stays of 14 nights or longer, a fresh set of bed and bath linen is provided every 7 nights.

Not included in the price to be corresponded on site (mandatory): final cleaning € 150, pet € 50/each per stay, tourist tax (where applicable), security deposit € 500 in cash.

Not included in the price to be corresponded on site (on request): pool towels € 5/unit, heating € 30/day.

Self-catered property: cookware and utensils are provided, while food and cooking essentials (oil, salt, spices, etc.) are not. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided as a starter supply.
