Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms in a central location and close proximity to the lake. The apartment is facing south, therefore very sunny with direct lake views from the balcony. It is the ideal place for a family holiday, or vacation for two. Only a small spa separates the apartment from the lido Sittlinger, one of the finest beach resorts on the lake, with an extensive range of water sports and a nice restaurant. Entry into the bathroom in the rent INCLUDED (max. 4 people). In summer resort atmosphere takes place directly at your doorstep: Various restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops with things of spot, small supermarket. The Millstättersee bicycle trail leads right to the apartment, for those want more action, it is the ideal location for mountain biking on the Millstätter Alpe. Bicycle rental is on the spot. Döbriach offers many opportunities for activities on the lake, such as wakeboarding, SUP, kayaking and of course the very classic pedal and electric boat. If you like it idyllic, makes a round with boat around the lake. The ship pier is very close to the apartment. In winter the apartment Weiss provides a place of rest and relaxation. Lakeside walks, a visit to the Millstätter bathhouse and spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim. But it is also the ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts who want a change. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Kontakt mit Vermieter freundlich und wir konnten eher rein, Anja hat uns auch sehr freundlich eingewiesen und die Wohnung war blitzeblank!Wohnung sehr persönlich eingerichtet und alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, sogar ein Grill!Auf dem großen Balkon sind 2 Markisen, die gut vor der Sonne schützen und auch bei Regen sitzt man geschützt mit Blick auf den See-mein Highlight war die super gemütliche Chilllounge auf dem Balkon-extrem bequem-abends der beste Platz und dazu schöne Beleuchtung! 2 kleine Anmerkungen , die ein kleiner Wermutstropfen in der sonst schönen Wohnung waren: der Balkon liegt direkt an der Straße und darunter befindet sich ein Chinarestaurant, dessen Kochdüfte unsere Nasen permanent kitzelten!

Kurz und gut

Wir waren nur kurz in der Ferienwohnung, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in gute Lage und mit direktem Blick auf den See vom Balkon aus. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel, da wir unsere Anreise mehrfach verschieben mussten. Danke noch einmal dafür 😀

Döbriach die Zweite

Auch im zweiten Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Döbriach sehr genossen. In der Umgebung sind einfach unglaublich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Nähe zum See ist top!

Gute Ausstattung

Aus unser Sicht war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Hervorragend war die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von den Stand-Up Paddling-Ausrüstung. Diese habe wir auf dem naheliegenden See ausreichend genutzt. Begrüßung und Einweisung vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermieter lief sehr freundlich und ohne Probleme ab.

Entspannung in den Bergen

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Toilette ohne Waschbecken, aber ist im netten Bad ja vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Ausblick vom Balkon, mit Sicht auf den See und die Berge. Dort kann man auch bei wechselhaftem Regenwetter wunderbar verweilen. Schön war es auch, daß es immer was zu sehen gab, da man den direkten Blick auf den Kurpark und die Straße hat. Autos sollten einen also nicht stören. Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten hat man alle Möglichkeiten für einen aktiven Urlaub. Schwimmen im herrlichen See, Rad fahren rund um den See, Joggen auf der Dorfrunde, wandern in den Bergen, Familienausflüge...was will man mehr? Döbriach ist ein beschaulicher Ort für Familien, mit Restaurants, sehr leckerem Eis und einem netten Wochenmarkt. Also auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Döbriach und kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage, ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist herrlich, direkt gegenüber dem Freibad und ideal zum Start weiterer Unternehmungen. Wir haben nach unserer Ankunft, gleich sehr viele Informationen zu Ausflügen bzw. Unternehmungen in einem sehr persönlichen Gästebuch bekommen. In unserem 14- tägigen Aufenthalt war es sehr warm. Der sehr große Süd/West Balkon war ohne Sonnenschirm am Nachmittag leider fast nicht nutzbar. Als etwas störend empfanden wir auch das im EG befindliche China-Restaurant. Liebe Familie Trompisch, vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Ablauf und die gemütliche FeWo. Wir waren das erste, aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in Döbriach.

Es war sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen groß genug und parktikabel eingerichtet. Das einzige was stört, ist der Geruch des Chinarestaurants direkt unterhalb.
