Wohnung ist leider im untern Durchschnitt. Für diesen Preis leider ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Küche sowie Einrichtung in sehr schlechtem Zustand alles abgenutzt und dreckig. Vermieter bietet Parkplatz an der leider nicht vorhanden ist. Badezimmer Waschtisch hat undefinierbare Flecken. Die familiäre Urlaubsstimmung war in dieser Wohnung sehr deprimierend.
Pfanne verbrannt.
Beschichtung in der Pfanne völlig kaputt.
Oberlicht im Flur voll mit Toten Filegen und Fliegenkot.

Ferienwohnung Menzel in Radebeul

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Man kann in alle Richtungen ausschwärmen. Es war alles vorhanden, bis auf eine Mikrowelle, die hätte noch gefehlt. Alles in Allem war es wunderbar. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Wohnungstür nicht richtig funktionierte, nur mit Kraft abschließbar, und dass es fast immer nur warmes Wasser gab. An sich nicht schlimm, aber wenn man mal ein Glas Wasser aus der Leitung trinken möchte, ist es halt warm... Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem die kleine Leseecke, die wurde bei uns immer gern genutzt. Vielen Dank an Herrn Menzel!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage und schönem Blick auf die Weinberge

Tolle Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen, sehr sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselsafe. Optimale Lage durch S-Bahn-Anbindung an Dresden und die vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles lief sehr entspannt

Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, haben uns dabei sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber, bequeme Betten und ein sensationeller Ausblick auf die Weinberge Radebeuls. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber!
