On the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each complete with its own private shower, bidet, and WC. This level also features 2 living and dining areas: the first is equipped with satellite TV and opens directly onto the loggia, while the second includes an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the upper floor, you will discover 5 additional bedrooms. These include 1 double bedroom with its own private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as 3 further double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds. The remaining bedrooms on this level share a separate shower, bidet, and WC.
