Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a sauna, and a wood-burning stove for cozy fall and winter days, it leaves nothing to be desired. A terrace adjoining the south side of the house opens up the tranquil heart of the large, fenced-in garden for both two-legged and four-legged guests. The idyllic location of this beautiful, ecologically sustainable half-timbered house is truly captivating. The tree-lined avenue leading to our estate between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea offers you pure relaxation. From here, you can wonderfully explore the unspoiled natural and coastal landscape of the Angeln region, or take a stroll along the harbor in the nearby Schlei town of Kappeln.
The villages in this rural area are characterized by golden-yellow rapeseed and grain fields, medieval churches, and old thatched-roof cottages with lush farm gardens. The excellent water quality of the numerous pristine beaches and the gently rolling landscape promise to soothe both body and soul.
In addition, there is a wide range of recreational activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, tennis, cycling, hiking, walking, canoeing, and rowing.
