The hotel is very centrally located, with friendly and helpful staff, and the property itself is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a very noisy night. There was ongoing disturbance outside the hotel, with a drunk driver playing extremely loud music, shouting, honking, and drifting his car. The situation lasted throughout the night, and no authorities were called to address it, which made it impossible for us to sleep.

En déplacement professionnel à Rabat dans le cadre d’une réunion scientifique internationale du 18 au 22 mai, j’ai choisi cet hôtel car il figurait parmi les établissements recommandés par les organisateurs. J’ai effectué ma réservation en pensant être sur le site officiel de l’hôtel, mais celui-ci redirige automatiquement vers la plateforme Expedia. Lors de mon arrivée, j’ai vérifié à la réception que tout était conforme à ma réservation et j’ai réglé la taxe de séjour. J’ai ensuite demandé les horaires du petit-déjeuner, en précisant que celui-ci était inclus dans ma réservation. À ma grande surprise, il m’a été répondu que ce n’était pas le cas. J’ai alors présenté la confirmation de réservation reçue au moment de la commande, qui mentionnait clairement l’inclusion du petit-déjeuner. Malgré cela, le personnel a refusé d’en tenir compte au motif que cette information n’apparaissait pas dans leur système de gestion. Plus étonnant encore, il m’a été indiqué que ce type de problème était fréquent avec Expedia et qu’il avait déjà été signalé à plusieurs reprises. Mon employeur a donc payé des petits-déjeuners qui ne m’ont jamais été servis. Au-delà du préjudice financier, ce qui est le plus regrettable est l’incapacité du personnel de l’hôtel à résoudre un problème pourtant simple et manifestement identifié. Il m’a été demandé de contacter moi-même Expedia, alors même que l’hôtel reconnaissait l’existence récurrente de ce dysfonctionnement. Je ne peux donc que déconseiller

Hôtel très cosy, très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et au services du client. Nous sommes descendus deux fois dans cette hôtel et ils ont une très bonne qualité de service. Je le conseille vivement. Il est vrai que la chambre que nous avions ( pour nos deux séjours s’était la même 😂) était un peu petite et la salle de bain aussi, mais tout était propre. Si je dois mettre une note se serait 9/10.
