Rooms are quiet and comfortable, location convenient.

The rooms are quite nice, with a comfortable bed, and double windows that block out the street noise amazingly well. Room service was very good, tasty, and not too expensive, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is currently going through comllete renovation but nothing is mentioned on Accor app. No proper lobby at ground floor, lobby on first floor with outdated dirty carpet in a darkened room. The bar and the restaurant are definately not as they are showcased in the photos. Finally, as there is no soundproofing in the room, impossible to sleep. Noise from the street, from the rooms next to ours or above and during the day noise from the construction team renovating. In summary, avoid this hotel!

Our luggage was delayed and Salah took us to buy what we needed until it arrived. He also helped us get to a bank. Hanane went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Great price and great room

The address online is NOT correct be warned, the actual hotel is 5 minutes away then on Google maps. The hotel was nice for the price. The TV only had 2 English channels. Taxi to the airport was $20 USD which is crazy because the airport is 10 minutes away, complete rip off there.

The room AC was not working And upon complaining the reception they gave us a fan. The person at the reception was very unfriendly and does not know how to behave with the customer.
External fan was given as the AC was not working. They did not change the room as well.
