This cosy holiday home on the island of Rab offers space for up to 5 people and impresses with its partial sea view from the private sun terrace. The former farmhouse from 1880 was renovated in 1999 and converted into a modern holiday accommodation. On approximately 72 m² of living space, spread over two floors, you will find a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.



The terrace is 30 m² large, with a table, chairs for six people, sun loungers and a private grill, and offers direct access to the courtyard. Two secured parking spaces are available in front of the house. Pets are welcome upon request.



The situation is ideal: the sea is only about 300 m away, and you can reach the nearest concrete beach in 700 m. Sandy beaches can be found approximately 1.6 km away, and the town centre of Supetarska Draga with restaurants and shopping opportunities is located around 500 m away.



The equipment includes SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a separate access. The surroundings invite you to beach holidays, family holidays or romantic excursions. Water sports opportunities, boat trips and swimming are available in the immediate vicinity.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet access, kitchen towels and tourist tax. Additional costs apply for pets and a boat mooring, the deposit will be refunded upon departure.
