Relax in this peaceful setting only minutes from the nearest town for shopping in unique stores, for necessities, or dining. This is a 2-story house, which can be rented in its entirety in a separate listing. Rent the downstairs and still enjoy the outdoor amenities. Downstairs is perfect for smaller families or a small group of friends. Located between Valdosta, 20 minutes away and Thomasville, 25 minutes away.Many attractions of interest in both cities as well as shopping and dining.
The space
Quiet rural area located on a paved road. The house is very spacious with two living areas and two dining areas. The yard is also very spacious with plenty of room to park. A large open carport and a small patio area are also available for guests.
Guest access
Renting the downstairs only still gives you access to the entire outside. Guests who rent the downstairs only will not have any additional guests renting the upstairs only.
Other things to note
If you rent only the downstairs portion of the house the bathroom does not include a tub, only a walk-in tiled shower.
Guests may walk around on the farm and through the barnyard to get to the fields. Guest may not go near or climb on any equipment due to insurance and liability. Guests cannot go inside of the large metal building or under any of the shelters in the barnyard. Do not open the door to any of the grain bins or climb inside any of the grain bins.
This is a working farm so please be considerate of any equipment working in the fields and do not approach. **Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult 25-years or older when walking around on the farm.
If you have children who would like to ride on a tractor please send us a message. If we are available we would be happy to give them a ride in one of our cab tractors.
