Good but no food or drink

The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand. The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar. Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling.

Fué una escapada rápida y a la aventura. De Casa Ramón III solo puedo decir cosas buenas y bonitas. El recepcionista/camarero fué muy amable y se preocupó de informarnos perfectamente para visitar la zona. La camarera también muy amable. Se respiraba un clima familiar en el hostal. La comida, rica y abundante y muy bien de precio. Todo, recomendable 100%, así que...VOLVEREMOS!!!!!

Stenhus på landet med mycket marmor inomhus, rent.

Hämtade upp oss i centrum för att vi säkert skulle hitta. Hotellet var egentligen lätt att nå med bil, men språksvårigheter gjorde att de ville vara säkra på att vi skulle komma rätt. Mycket trevligt mottagande och jättebra service! Fast madrass i dubbelsängen och med gemensam långkudde. Bröd, smör, marmelad och sockerkaka till frukostkaffet, teet. Vi var på genomresa så hotellet hade ett bra läge för oss. Restaurangen inne i stan, två km från hotellet, serverade jättegod och prisvärd mat med mycket trevlig och personlig service. Vi blev charmade!

A mejorar organización y limpieza. Falta de atención e información incorrecta en la acogida. Habitación helada y sucia al llegar, telarañas, pelos en la ducha, azulejos sucios, polvo acumulado en repisas. La sensación de frio se acentúa al no disponer de alfombras siendo el suelo de granito. Al volver al día siguiente la habitación estaba más limpia. diferentes errores de coordinación y errores con datafono, etc... Comentar que la atención personal es excelente y cercana.
