Casa Esperanza is a Hill Country Modern dream home offering a premier waterfront experience on the shores of Lake Tawakoni. Able to sleep 16, but cozy enough for smaller groups, Casa Esperanza features 3 separate bedroom suites and a big bunk room, each with its own private bath.

Amazing in all four seasons! On hot afternoons, take shade under the covered 800 sq. ft. deck and outdoor living area with ceiling fans and big trees all over the two-acre property.

Bring your fishing boat and poles and make use of the 150' deep water dock with a covered boat slip (currently occupied, but there are tie ups for your boat!). Even if you don't fish, you'll love this dock, which has two levels and includes places for both sunning and relaxing in the shade.

In cooler months, an 8-person hot tub lets you sit in nature and stay cozy. The deck has two infa-red heaters that warm the entire deck on chilly nights. When you come back inside, light the dual-sided stone gas fireplace with the flick of a switch, and curl up in a pair of cozy chairs to read by the firelight.

And our personal favorite is autumn BBQs at the outdoor kitchen, which has a gas grill, granite countertops and cozy bench seating.

LIVING & DINING

A spacious, open floor plan and soaring 20' ceilings make group hangouts effortless. Meet first thing in the morning for coffee and pancakes in the chef's kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need to prep large meals. Did someone say coffee? No problema amigo. We have a fully stocked coffee bar with traditional and French press options, plus a selection of gourmet coffees and teas.

Sip your perfect cup on the 14' window seat in the dining area while looking out at the peaceful morning lake. Also in the dining area, an artisan-built, oak slab dining table seats 8 (plus 4 more at the nearby island) for those unplugged family feasts that go late into the evening.

The Great Room is both large and cozy at the same time. With plenty of seating, you can snuggle up and enjoy a movie on the 65" flat screen. Or bring a book to two of the most comfortable leather chairs you've ever nestled into!

SLEEPING SPACES

To put the cherry on top of your perfect vacation, all 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with upscale luxury linens, buttery-soft bedding and the mattresses are plush and organic.

MASTER SUITE: King-size bedroom set off from main house for privacy, spectacular lake views, sitting area w/ flat screen TV, spa-like en-suite bath with 2-person walk-in shower (3 showerheads!).

MOROCCAN SUITE: Downstairs king-size bedroom, lake views, comfy window seat (can also be a bed for a small child), en-suite bath with standup shower and exquisite hand-painted Moroccan tile.

LUXE SUITE: Downstairs queen-size bedroom with bunk bed alcove behind a barn door for privacy, designer bathroom with tub and shower (accessed from both the bedroom and the common areas).

CARNIVAL SUITE: Bunkroom with 2 twin-over-queen beds and a futon that converts to a full-size bed, sitting area with a large flat screen and lake views, private bath with Caribbean blue penny tile floors and a large walk-in shower with a view of the lake.

GAME ROOM

Separated from the rest of the house to shield the night owls from the ire of the early risers, the Gameroom is a gem. It features:
