We were told at check in that we werent VIP when we asked for drink tokens, and we said we were. Then clerk acted like she "checked things" then she said oh i see it, after she said we didnt pay enough to be VIPs, then when we "cashed in" our tokens, they acted like we were a bother, on a Saturday night in a hotel bar

This property definitely has character! It's different from anywhere else I have stayed in the past couple of years. It is a bit dated but the theming makes up for it. The staff were all wonderful and helpful!

Seemed sort of run down. Treadmill broken. There was no water pressure in the shower. The room and concept decor was nice and enjoyable. Breakfast options were mediocre. We probably wouldn't go back.

Our room was quit dirty with gum smeared on side of bedside table… gross splatters all over lamp shades. We sat in the hot unairconditioned lobby for a half hour while they fixed a toilet seat and door latch in our room instead of changing our room. The pool bleached my clothes and was so strong it burned eyes and felt it in lungs.

There was gum smeared on my bedside table. When we got there, air wasn’t working in halls, pool was so strong it dyed my clothes, toilet seat was broken and tub not draining well. Also our door had to be fixed when we got there as it wouldn’t latch. We sat in the lobby and waited for about a half an hour for them to fix everything instead of giving us a new room.
