Coldwater Lake South Chain. Not far from Hillsdale Shoot Range!

Our darling Lake house sits just south of Marble Lake on the Coldwater South Chain of Lakes. Being offered as a two bedroom, sleeps four but can accommodate six comfortably. The home can sleep 11 if you would like to rent out both main and lake level floors. Beautiful deck to dine out and listen to the slow engines going by in this incredible weather we are having. Fish are jumping! Spend the entire day exploring 17 miles of waterway. There are 10 lakes on the 'South Chain' and so much to see! We have a pontoon available to rent and room for you to dock your own.

Plenty of shopping in the area with Fremont outlet just south of us. There is a wonderful little winery and a lovely state park just south of the Indiana Line. Angola isn't far with Trine University Ice Skating rink and all the stores and restaurants you could want. Coldwater is just north of you with the historic Tibbits Opera House, parks, trails, the drive in and plenty of outdoors! Speaking of outdoors, Hillsdale Shooting Range isn't far at all!

Cold Water/Middle Lake

Great house, and Perfect location on the lake. Big back yard for us to set up volleyball net and other yard games.
