I arrived and there is no one here to check me in. A note on the glass said they'd be back at 11 due to an emergency. I've been here hours after that. A person answered the phone number after repeated calls and said someone would be on their way. That was a half hour ago and I'm finally having to leave to go find somewhere to sleep. Worst experience

I would like a refund on unused itinerary 72937365634050. We were grossly misled on what this place was. We searched your site for accommodation on 10/7 for 3 nites. Actual name is The Stay Inn, not a Comfort Inn and nothing like we expect from your firm an unlighted, mud and gravel lot with a grouping of dilapidated cabins. Office in liquor store. Not a place any of your continuing clients would stay or even consider. A dangerous and intimidating environment. We left disgusted, actually fearful of getting out of our car. Please do the right thing and refund.

I tried to cancel my reservation but nobody answers the phone and the vm is full. Sent my complaint to Expedia. My next move is to have my credit card fight it. It was a state of emergency in Florida. Expedia shouldn’t even have this facility on their list of acceptable places. Expedia can’t even get a hold of them.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. This place is a workers camp. No hot water in the shower and because of the hurricane they charged me $200 plus. Don’t be fooled.

The name Comfort Stay Inn is too close to Comfort Inn. I booked through expedia and then saw the property. We were out $90 and didnt even stay there and couldnt get our money back. I had my wife and a granddaughter with me. We werent going to stay with those conditions. We went 10 miles down the road and booked again at the real Comfort Inn.

The front desk was friendly. The rooms were mostly clean. It's just a rundown motel in the middle of small-town nowhere.

The bedsheets were stained & dirty. The none smoking room smelled of smoke & the bathroom smelled of urine. Mold in the shower on curtain & walls along with feces on the bathroom wall by toilet & sink area. Dead bugs on floor & in Windows seal

Only 1 power outlet in the room, 1 waste basket, no nightstands, half a roll of toilet paper, few towels, soiled or stained barh mat, toilet and floor in the bathroom were not properly cleaned.

Nice little Motel

Nice comfortable room. Had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, shower, and even had a little refrigerator. Not in the best condition, but if you dont mind a little chipped paint. You won’t have any issues.
