House 100m from the beach. Direct access to the beach. Located in Quiberville Sur-Mer, 17 Km from Saint Valéry en Caux and 17 Km from Dieppe. 2 h 00 from Paris. You will be able to appreciate its calm as much in the space that the house has as in its spotlessly peaceful location. A small garden is at your disposal. This house is ideal for 4 people, you will see from my welcome, a family atmosphere will immediately immerse you in the holiday atmosphere. One very important thing about prices. Une belle semaine

Nous avons passé une belle semaine avec la mer à deux pas du gîte, pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut,un petit jardin pour notre petit chien , le wifi, machine Senseo,... Petite épicerie avec le personnel super sympa. Merci à monsieur Vasseur toujours bien veillant et présent si besoin.

Petite maisonnette sympathique, confortable. Petit bémol : il faut vraiment tout amener, même le poivre et sel. Pas très pratique si l'on reste juste un week-end...

très bien

très bonne location ,tout était parfait nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Mr Vasseur la mer à deux pas la vente de poissons tous les jours par les pêcheurs de Quiberville les ballades sur les falaises etc Mr Vasseur est une personne a ll'écoute de ses locataires sans être envahissante, nous avons apprécié. Nous reviendront sûrement .

Très bon séjour en Normandie

Séjour très agréable avec le soleil. Le gîte est très bien situé ( proche plage et supérette) bien équipé, conforme aux photos et descriptions de l annonce. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Mr Vasseur. Très bonne communication pour la réservation, l arrivée et le départ.

Gite conforme à la description. Propriétaire tres sympathique. Le gîte est à proximité de la plage ce qui est tres agreable. Dans le village on s y sent tres bien. Les habitants sont tres agreables. Je recommande vivement.

Lekker verblijf

Klein huisje maar alles is aanwezig. Op 100 meter van de zee en voor de kids is er op 50 meter een soort van pannaveld en tennisbaan. Het dorpje is klein en toen wij er waren was er niks open. Dus geen vers stokbrood. Of je moet 10 km willen rijden. Tip voor de internet verslaafden,...op de ouders slaapkamer heb je enig 4G bereik in de rest vh huisje niet. Al met al prima verblijf.

sehr einfach

für unserer hunde prima, für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, betagte harte verwaschene handtücher, betten mussten wir selber beziehen, obwohl bettwäsche mitgebucht, wohnzimmer mit riesigen alte dunkle holzmöbeln, abgewrackte grüne lederseseel, könnte man mit wenigen handgriffen und preiswerten möbeln sofort ändern, ansonsten sauber , ein bisschen zu dunkel, sehr steile treppe, aber da kann der besitzer nichts für; das bad roch leider immer wieder eklig nach kanalisation, tv ging dauernd aus wegen vermutlichem wackelkontakt...haben wir aber immer wieder umständlich richten können( sind beide Tv leute); nehme an, da es eine einfache unterkunft war, ist es nicht üblich mal spülmaschinentabs, oder salz essig öl vorzufinden... für die hunde ideal, weil pflegeleichtes, aber eben potthäßliches wohnzimmer.... das uns empfohlene, von nur 3 !! restaurants vor ort, das "huitres" war mit einem äusserst unfreundlicher kellner völlig daneben, das bemerkte der nicht minder mürrische concierge und wir durften sogar daraufhin eintreten ....erst wurden wir umgesetzt, dann sollten wir ( über 55) an einen hochtisch, dann doch nicht, dann wurde ein tisch unwillig laut herausgezerrt, das besteck quasi auf den tisch geknallt, angeblich war alles reserviert , oder besetzt, was nicht stimmte, der laden war so gut wie leer, waren dann offenbar in der warteschleife, kellner liess auf sich warten, das ging uns dann alles zu weit an unverschämtheit und wir verließen den laden wieder ohne bestellt zu haben, später konnte man von aussen erkennen, dass das restaurant noch immer leer war...wir wären bei adäquater höflichkeit und küche sicherlich täglich großzügige gäste gewesen... die epicerie (kleiner supermarkt) gegenüber des gemieteten häuschens war sehr freundlich und alle menschen, die man unterwegs traf ebenfalls, sehr freundliche, zu gewandte franzosen am strand berge von kaum zu überwindenden dicken steinen, geröll, nicht sehr einladend und steil aufgeschüttet, versöhnlich während der ebbe, der sandstrand an steilen kreidefelsen vorbei richtung westen....
