Beautifully decorated, it offers a warm and authentic setting, perfect for a friendly stay.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, this house has a large garden suitable for relaxation and outdoor dining.

A real invitation to discover the beauty of Quiberon and its surroundings in an authentic and soothing setting.

Our advantages:
A fenced garden area where you can also park 3 cars and we welcome your pet under 10kg.

You will find on the first floor:

- A large living room with dining room and TV lounge
- A separate, fitted and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle

- a very large laundry room in which you can store your nautical equipment

Guests can enjoy a terrace in front of the house.

You can park 3 vehicles in the property.

If you arrive after 8pm, the service will be charged at €10 per hour

If you wish to leave after 10am, the service will be charged at €10 per hour until 3pm maximum depending on the possibilities

Smokers are welcome but outside with an ashtray.

Small pets are allowed (10kg max).

Hébergement est à la hauteur des attendus.La location est très bien située sur la presqu’île de Quiberon.L’accès aux promenades de la Côte, sauvage et très rapide à pied.Nous avons apprécié ces 15 jours passés sur la presqu’île de Quiberon, et nous avons bien visité le Morbihan.
