With its location in the heart of Port-Maria and its panoramic view of the sea, you will fall under the spell of our apartment. Family and friendly, it will be the ideal place for your iodized holidays.

You can enjoy the view of the port during your moments of contemplation on the south-facing terrace.

In addition, its parking space is a great advantage and will provide you with easy access to all the amenities of the city center.

Our apartment is arranged as follows:

- A living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and the living room with sofa and television.
- A south-facing terrace with sea views
- Bedroom (bed 140x190cm) with cupboard

Guests can enjoy a space in a secure parking lot.

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Marie offers you her rental service (6€ per bath kit and 21€ per prepared bed)

A security deposit of 90 euros for cleaning will be requested on arrival, not cashed, it will be returned to you on the day of your departure if the accommodations are returned in a perfect state of cleanliness.

You can choose the cleaning option (80 €) to be specified maximum 24 hours after your arrival. Otherwise, I ask you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Our friends smokers are allowed but on the terrace and pets are not allowed. No party.

Marie from Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you in the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (cleaning, babysitter, baby equipment, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 4pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the apartment before 10 am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)

Appartement tout confort avec vue imprenable sur le port. Localisation idéale pour partir en balade de part et d'autre de la presqu'île, en laissant la voiture sur la place de parking sécurisée. Nous pensons déjà à revenir !

Volgens VRBO zou er een bubble bad aanwezig zijn, dat was niet zo. Er was slechts een gedateerde badkamer met gedateerd bad. Geen WIFI, kan niet in 2025. Verder een mooi appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de bedrijvige haven.
