A house located outside the town center of Queralbs in the Serrat neighborhood, at an elevation of 1,450 meters above sea level, 3 km from the Cermallera train station in Nuria, and surrounded by a garden on all sides where you can breathe in the fresh air. The house is nestled in the center of the small village of Serrat, above the town square, but since it is the highest house in the municipality, it is surrounded by fields and a garden.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
